Short-Term Goals

 

In the first years, Light the Fire Ministries will:

• Build a strong online presence. Through social media and our website, we will connect with seekers, skeptics, and believers—sharing encouragement, resources, and biblical insights.

• Guide, not replace. Our role is to point people toward ministries, pastors, teachers, and Apologetics organizations already producing faithful, biblically grounded materials. We want to be a signpost that directs people to where they can grow deeper in their faith and understanding.

• Address hard questions. Many in our community wrestle with atheistic arguments, cultural confusion, and doubts about faith. We aim to meet those questions head-on by connecting people to trusted voices who speak with clarity, grace, and conviction.

• Lay a foundation for gathering. Online engagement will help us build connections and establish partnerships as we prepare to open a dedicated space in Chadron. This foundation will ensure the ministry is rooted in the needs of the community it serves.

 

Long-Term Goals

As God provides the opportunity and resources, Light the Fire Ministries will:

• Establish a local center in Chadron. A welcoming place where people of all ages—whether strong in faith, struggling, or seeking—can attend Bible studies, Apologetics courses, and Messianic teachings. The ministry will partner with established teachers and ministries to host these gatherings.

• Foster community life. The center will be a place of fellowship, prayer, worship, and discussion, offering opportunities for both structured studies and open conversation.

• Be a hub for resources. We will maintain a collection of connections, guides, and study material that directs people to reliable biblical and apologetic teaching. This will serve not only our community but also individuals who prefer to learn at their own pace.

• Encourage future leaders. By guiding people to schools, ministries, and training opportunities, we hope to see new teachers, pastors, and apologists rise up—equipped to share the truth of God’s Word with boldness.

• Bridge faith and science. Many today feel forced to choose between Scripture and scientific evidence. We will partner with creation science ministries and Apologetics organizations to demonstrate that God’s Word and God’s world are in perfect harmony.
